Kiera Bahl is a trained theatre pedagogue and actress. In 2006, she founded the agency Mittekind, based in Berlin, representing young actors aged 6–17.

In 2007, to accommodate those who had come of age as well as newly represented adult talents, she additionally founded BAHL FOR ACTORS. The agency represents and supports professional actors as well as a select number of commercial performers for film, television, and advertising.

Working closely with renowned film productions, casting directors, casting offices, dubbing studios, and international acting agencies, Kiera Bahl offers comprehensive support that goes far beyond pure placement. This includes career planning, guidance and advice on contract negotiations, the coordination and handling of press relations, and assistance with all other matters relevant to the industry.

The agency’s location in Berlin’s media hub ensures the highest level of proximity and direct access to all key players and decision-makers in the film and advertising business.
